Admissions Process

Welcome and thank you for your interest in St. Cecilia School!

If you are new to our school you will be creating an account and filling out an application online.  Once you have created the account and started an application, you will be able to login and out of your account in order to complete your application.  After you have applied, we will contact you about scheduling your prospective student for a half-day visit with their peer class, so that your child can truly experience the blessings of our community and determine if it will be a good fit for both the school and your family.  

If you're interested in the 2027/2028 school year, applications will be open November 2nd, 2026 online.

Applications are open year round, you may select the year you're applying for on the online portal.  If you would like a previous application rolled over, please reach out to us at officemanager@stceciliaschool.us as applications will not be automatically rolled. 

Enrollment changes are monitored over the summer.  Applicants on the waiting list will be informed of any grade level openings as they happen.

If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.  You can email mmenten@stceciliaschool.us to set up a tour September-June.
